Paperwork we will provide you through our client portal. We need demographic information as well as background history about your legal situation as well as your story. We want to get a sense of what brought you to us and how you think you may be able to move forward. We will also ask for your dissolution judgment if there was one, your parenting plan, if you have one, your custody study, if you have one and any other documents that you think might be important for us to understand your story.
A retainer equivalent to 10 hours of our time. We only ask for one retainer that covers both of us. After that retainer is exhausted, we ask that you keep a credit/debit card on file to allow us to bill as we go for services we provide at our hourly rate. We will send a monthly invoice that tracks our time. The same retainer and credit/debit card system is used whether you choose to use our joint or individual service.
Parenting time supervision requires payment for each session before the session begins. You will be asked to complete and return intake paperwork including and provide any court orders requiring the supervision or access to any professionals who are requesting it.
